The screw adopt barrier type mixing zone.The barrel feeding zone is groove feed bush and made of hard alloy.It results in higher output rates, homogeneous plasticizing and less material slippage.Bi-metallic screw&barrel can be provided for two-three times more lifespan than nitrided screw&barrel.

Vented screw feature:

The special high-efficiency venting screws are selected for vented type extruders, which have excellent venting performance and good plasticization. It is especially suitable for processing the recalmed material so as reduce the cost of product greatly.
